In my opinion and experience, we act correctly if we prepare for the worst-case scenario and offer a solution for it in the real estate purchase contract, and we also encourage voluntary, mutual performance with various contractual guarantees (e.g. deposit, penalty, etc.)
  • Let's choose the right lawyer.
